Questions, problems, or feedback about the app? We answer every message.
Email info@clutchdeveloper.com and include the email address of your Velvet Stories account so we can find it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Velvet+ includes 3 story tokens every day; free accounts receive 1 token per day. Tokens refill once a day.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime in your device's store settings: App Store → your Apple account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple and Google through their standard refund processes.
- Purchases not showing up? Use Restore purchases on the subscription screen in the app, then contact us if anything is still missing.
Account & data
- You can delete your account and all of its data directly in the app: Account → Delete my account.
- For data access or deletion requests by email, see our Privacy Policy for what we store and how requests are handled.
